Amazing Service/ Naartjie Nicolway Team

i recently shopped online and opted to collect my parcel in store. The selected store was Naartjie Nicolway. The store closes at 5pm and i just could not get there on time to fetch the parcel. I called to ask the store how many days do they allow for customers to collect their parcel, before returning the parcel to head office. I was advised 2 weeks, my parcel was already at the store for 1.5 weeks. I told the lady i will come through on Saturday to fetch the parcel. I did not leave a name. All they had was my cell number. I visited the store on Saturday and on the parcel register was a note stating that i will fetch my parcel on the 25th. I was in total wow. Hats off to the amazing team for exceptional customer service, for going out of their way to ensure the customer is assisted. Other brands need to learn from you.
