Amazing Customer Service
I was at Truworths on Adderley this morning and purchased a new cellphone. I was very Impressed with the outstanding Customer Service that I was given in morning. I didn't get the name correctly, I think one of the ladies that was helping me was Asa? But both ladies were just incredible!
It takes an incredible deal to be kind and do a great job more especially during these tragic times! I really thank you so much again for the assistance. You really made my day as I was stressing over a new phone! Ngiyabonga Bonginkosi
