Am paying for a phone l do not have.

I am paying for a phone which l do not have which has been on repair since 9 November 2020 till today 27 January 2021. I purchased this phone on October and it could not use some of the features of which l took it back to the shop and they tired to fix it but still gave me problems. I took it for a repair on November and until today l am paying but l do not have my phone when l asked the consultant at the shop at Festival Mall they do not know anything about when it will be back. This is the kind of service that makes me think Truworths does not do follow ups with their repair team.
