***** alert- no answer call centre.... customer NOT PUT FIRST

I received a SMS where it says my details were changed and new card request. This was not me, I immeditaely tried calling the call centre and be on hold for a call for 15minutes straight with no response. At all. how can we stop such from happening if they do not even answer their calls. This is ridiculous... what terrible serious. i want to cancel this account immeditely and to be contacted within the next hour terrible customer service.
