agent not paying attention

Today i called the online store to order a dress for me from one of the other shops, after all the checks and everything then the consulant says sorry we dont have the dress in that size online, i did explain to her that the size is not availble online and not in any of the JHB stores, like she wasnt really paying attention, Then she say we dont have the dress in that size online after i already said that the 1st time, now she wants me to go to a store and do a fashion delivery, if i have Truworths on the line why should i go into the store, what an inconvienance for your loyal clients, like come on guys..
