Affecting my credit report

So I've been trying to arrange payment for my Truworths account, I've been told that my account was handed over to Easton Berry Collections***) but when I called this company they told me that they are no longer handling this account, another consultant said that I don't appear on their system even if I give them my ID number. I've been calling truworths many times now and I've been given a run around, like I'm not getting straight or honest information regarding the account.

I need urgent assistance here because this is affecting my credit score/report badly. Someone please help.
