Adjustment of instalment

Despite a decreasing balance, I've noticed that my monthly instalment amount has remained the same at Truworths and they cannot help becuase they say it is a system. They once said, monthly instalments are calculated based on the highest balance, as per the Terms and Conditions and it is not so with me.
