Active account but stil can't use the account
I have a tuworths account. On the itc it shows good standing. Nothing owed. But I can't use this account. The people working at Truworths cannot explain why. They even tried to vlose that account and open a new one. But it blocks me and won't allow. I am in cery good standing at the credit buro. Why am I discriminated against? My ID ***

26 Jan 2022, 12:30I don't have any clearance certificate as I withdrew voluntary from debt counseling and then paid all my debtors.
In January 2015 I got a 17.4 form for that that prooved the debt was terminated.
I did forward this letter to the email you supp**** yesterday. But there is no response.
