Ackermans financial services

I have an account with Ackermans stores, which I haven't couldn't for the past two months due as lost my job, now I got a new job and I'm willing to pay them, what I hate is that in just a single day, I receive at least 3 calls from Ackermans asking me when am I paying, they call almost every day, I requested them to send me my monthly statement, everytime they call, I will ask them for a statement, they take my Email address but nothing has been sent since last month, I don't have a problem with them calling, but they can't call me 3 times a day for the entire week, that's annoying. To date, I'm still waiting for the statement so I can settle the account and close it because their service isn't so nice. #WIN
