Hello Correta,

Thank you for your post and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

We acknowledge your frustration regarding the collections communications that you have received from Truworths. However, when the total payment due is not received by the confirmed date, we are concerned that your account will incur late payment fees and that your credit profile held with us and with the credit bureaus might be negatively affected. Correspondence is automatically generated to you as a reminder that your credit worthiness is an asset and staying up to date with payments is an important part of managing your account.

Having said this, we are pleased that your account has been brought up to date following your payment received on 12 May 2015.

We trust that we have adequately addressed your concerns. If you have any other queries, please feel free to contact us on 021- *** or e-mail ***.

Kind regards,

Lynn
