I went to Truworths to find out about my account and i was told that i have available balance of R5000 more but now i cant remember the exact amount .My credit limit is R6040.00, the problem now in my July statement states that i am owing more than my credit limit R8338.71. I want my account cleared out and i am going to also report this matter also to ombudsman.

Truworths will authorize the sale provided that the account meets the qualifying criteria. This is printed on the point-of-sale docket and accepted by the customer when he/ she signs the docket ,authorizing the purchase.
We verify that this docket was signed by you on the day of your purchase on 05 July 2015 during which you confirm having requested a temporary increase in your credit limit as reflected on the copy of your till slip in order to finance the transaction.
