Account was paid up but they havent updated my ITC. Am very dissapointed with the company
<p>my clothing account is still in arreas but its been paid up... truworths sells quality and realiable clothes and its a good store for us consumers but when it comes to their financial department is the poor services , i have ever experience,</p> <p> </p> <p>edgars is the best from clothing to accounts . please improve as you sells quality clothers that i love,</p>

We have investigated your concerns and confirm that your payment was received on 23 November 2016.
Truworths as a credit provider sends updates to all credit bureaus on a monthly basis on how an account holder’s, account has been managed. Regretfully as your payment was made after the November statement period the update for your account was sent with the December statement run.
In addition, we can verify that an instruction was sent to all credit bureaus to reflect the paid up status for your account.
