Account Settles but handed over
I have settled my full account and closed my account with Truworths. I received a letter from Truworths in this regard, however I am harassed by Debt Collectors as what it seems like my debt was sold to debt collectors. I am so fed up with trying to resolve this issue, that I am considering all aspects to resolve this. Should I publish this with Consumer rights? Should I ask Carte Blanche for assistance? What can I do so that Truworths actually take go through the effort of resolving this. I recently received a call from a Felicity, Symington & De Kok Attorneys, talking to me and threatening me as if I am a ********, and she promised to harass me until I make a payment now due to them.
