Account rejected without any reason given. Against NCR regulations.

For some reason Truworths reject my application for an account but they do not mention the reason. According to my knowledge the NCA require companies to give a reason for rejection.

Actually I do have a current account on their systems fully paid up and with a 0 balance for years now. But seems that account is frozen.

I want to rectify the problem. But can't if the reason for rejection is not given

What is the reason you do not grant me an account? I feel it might be discriminatory.
