My mother recently app**** for an account online with Truworths and received a pre-approval. However, she did not complete the application process or provide final confirmation.

We have since noticed that an account has been opened and is now reflecting on her credit profile, along with related email communication.

We kindly request that this account be reviewed and removed from her credit profile, as the application process was not fully completed.
