Account payment details changed
<p>My debit order amount for my account just doesnt make sense. My balance for the account is two thousand and some odds but my installment is R1240. I understand in April I made a lot of payments of which it was my intiative to do so. Now I do not understand if my balance is two thousand plus why must I pay such a high instalment? And I never agreed on such amount in any day so who changed my payment details? I went to the truworths store in Oudtshoorn when I wanted to correct this they said they cannot assist me I have to call on my own and I feel that was totally wrong. </p>
