Account payment

I'm so depressed with the account I have with truworths......I had credit of R952 the my payment due for 5 April was R1463 and I've paid it on 23 March now my credit its R1952. Like where the R463 go to. Truworths is my money every month. Its like I'm not paying my installment while I'm paying every month before even the due date it seems like I'm paying for 2 accounts or someone else. Please help. Truwoths is doing ***** in our accounts
