Account payment

I have a brand new account that is only 2 months old, and I am being harassed by this clothing store on payment, I missed payment for January and made a arrangement for it and then made payment end Of Feb.

Never in my life came across a store that does this. I earn a good salary and are busy paying the account, but the store keeps harassing me.... Absurd
