Account paid up and now i am blacklisted
I was told by a bank when applying for finance that Truworths has blacklisted me, i paid my account in June and was told that i was blacklisted in May when i made the arrange in May to pay June, payment was done,their attorneys did not update Truworths that i have paid,only to find out 4months later they were not updated and it client duty to let Truworths know that it paid up,now 4months down the line the account is paid and nobody can assist with removing my name from ITC or the blacklisting.

We have reviewed your account and liaised with the manager of our Legal Department in this regard.
We were informed that your account was handed over to an outside collections agency on 31 May 2015 and a payment arrangement was noted on your account on 24 June.
We believe that the manager has been communicating with you via email and has informed you of this. She further informed you that the default listed at the credit bureau is factual information on how you managed your account.
This information will be listed at the credit bureau for a period of twenty four months.
