Account not Updated on Experian
My account is not updated on Experian, When I check my credit report on Experian, It show the outstanding amount that i owe, While I paid up my account. The account is updated and closed on Transunion. I don't know why they don't close it on Experian because it affecting my rating. I called the truworths call centre today and they transferred me to legal department, but I couldn't get help as they said they don't know what is happening, I am happy that they closed the account on transunion but i'm not happy on the other hand because they didn't close it on all the ITC
