Thank you for your post.
We acknowledge your frustration and wish to apologise for the manner in which you felt you were assisted during the mentioned call. We can assure you that your concerns have been brought to the attention of the relevant manager, to address this matter with the consultant in question.
When an account falls into arrears communication is systematically generated to inform you on the status of your account, as your credit worthiness is an asset. This also gives customers an opportunity to make suitable payment arrangements should they not be able to meet their payment commitments
Following your payment on 27 October 2015 we can confirm that your account has been settled in full and a paid up letter was issued to you. A further instruction was sent to all credit bureaus to update the status of your payment profile to reflect the paid up status. The information held at the bureau is an accurate reflection of the manner in which the account was managed, this is information is held at the bureau for a period of 24 months from the date the outstanding balance was settled.
We trust that we have adequately responded to query.
kind regards,
Lynn
