Account issues that are terrible
<p>On Sunday the 30 April 2017 I went to Truworths in Potchefstrom (Mooirivier Mall) was assisted by Irvin and I was looking for a cell phone Samsung Grand prime plus and well I have R2437.00 credit to buy with and I was told I need to keep my account active for the next 6 months, I mean I have been buying a little at a time so that my credit could increase and I could eventually get a phone but no Truworths decides that my account is not active, I mean I pay by debit order every month and why should I be forced to do shopping every month in order to get a simple phone. The service that Truworths gave me is terrible and I still want that phone because the Truworths in Klerksdorp dont sell phones which is pathetic that we have to travel and pay extra fees to go to Potchefstroom only to be told that I can't take a phone, I mean honestly how is my account not active when I make payments every month? please fix this issue for me and if possible I would like you to send the phone to the branch in Klerksdorp and all this would be solved as I am indeed in desperate need of a phone.</p>

Whilst we acknowledge your frustration in this regard we can verify that, in line with our credit agreement, cellphone and cellular accessory purchases are only permitted after six months from the date an account was opened, and only if merchandise has regularly been purchased on such an account and the account is well maintained.
