Account Holder or Not!?

I completed an online application form from their website and received an sms saying : Congratulations T Ngc, ur Truworths account with free vouchers* is approved & u can spend R2500 immediately. Go to any Truworths store to sign ur pre-agreement & remember to bring ur ID. T&C's

Then an hour later I received this: Hi T Ngc, at this stage, you do not qualify for a Truworths account. You can shop using our Layby facility & you are a member of our Loyalty program.

So, which one is it? Am I or am I not??
