Account *****
I have a truworths account that was left at a zero balance in the first half of 2015 and i have not used my account since. The account had a limit of R2750 and when the balance went to zero i received no statements to date however today i get a call from some debt collection agency and they say i owe truworths R8000 and i need to settle it. I contacted truworths head office and they confirmed that there were changed to my contact details and address on the account and this i had definitely not approved. Truworths now says i owe money for items i did not make purchases for.
