ACCOUNT ERROR & THREATENING LETTERS

I am a loyal truworths Account Holder who has always paid on time for over 12 years. Truworths is now resorting to sending me threatning letters without checking their facts. I have always paid my Truworths account ON TIME and I pay in accordance with the amount requested in the SMS reminders. I always pay on of before the due date. For some reason, I have not received a detailed, written account in ages (that is Truworths fault- NOT MINE). So, all I can do is go on the instalment amount and me date sent to me by SMS. On monday, 21 November, I received an SMS stating "Arrears R174, Amount due R177.74 Payment due on 6 December 2016". I was shocked at the word AREARS if the amount is only due on "6 December" . So to be safe, I ratherPAID THE AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY. At EXACTLY 9:19 on 21 November I paid the amount of R177.74 to Truworths via online banking. I have proof of this. I did it to make sure that my account is up to date as it always is. Today, I received a threatning letter from ********** stating that my account has reached critical status and I will be handed over to Collections if I dont pay within 48 hours! Truworths clearly does not keep track of payments and sends out these letters without checking if they are correct. Like I said, I paid when I was notified of the amount due via the SMS service. Please check this account and rectify it immediately. If this is not resolved I will gladly close my Account and do my shopping elsewhere and so too will my my family members. I have never experienced this nonsense at Edgars in all these years. And all this for R177.74 when I have spent tens of thousands of rands at Truworths over the years. i await your immediate response - Dr Chetty. Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
