I lodge a complain for identity theft which it was saying I owe Truworths R5500.00 and apparently the account was opened 15 May 2025, was taken from pillar to post eventually they sent me the forms for dispute is being almost 2 months while they saying they waiting for their archive Department for documents and if you don't follow up they relax as if they don't care
