Account arrangements

My husband Barend van Deventer id number *** has an account. Should we not pay the account we can get up to 12 calls a day. We regret the day that we opened the account. Even when I try and make arrangements with them they said that they need to speak to them, we are married in community of property which means I am 50% of the marriage. So please accept that I can also make arrangements.
