Accont blocked but paid-up long ago. And in credit

This account was paid maybe two years ago. I am in credit. They owe me money. This credit gets no interest.<br> I have tried to open this account again, but they refuse. Say I am under debt review. The debt review was cancelled/withdrawn January 2015. It was confirmed in writing by the NCR. All the credit bureau was updated also. But still Truworths are blocking me telling me to send them proof. So I did. I sent a confirmation letter from the NCR. They won't accept this. I was contacted by Lynn Booysen Multimedia Consultant of Truworths. She told me to contact \Consumer Friend"This was end November 2015. I do not whish to contact anyone else but Truworths. If I am blocked to uses my account I just want them to give me back my money they are keeping and owing me"
