Hi. i have mad arrangements for a debit order for the 2nd of every month, as my salary only gets paid in on the 01, and afraid the pay is late so out of good faith i made arrangements for the 2nd. However, they have deducted money on the 22nd??? I received some money from my dad and they deducted the money already, after making arrangements for the 02nd...!!! Who gives them the right? And why ask me to make arrangements if they do not keep to their word?

Upon reviewing your account we established that your account is being administered by Munnik Basson Dagama (MBD), and therefore escalated this matter to their Customer Services department to investigate.
MBD informed us they use a debit order tracking system, called NAEDO and that their agents are trained to advise customers of processing a debit order on a Truworths account that is in arrears. We were informed that an SMS was sent to you on 21 May 2015 to inform you of their intention to debit your account on 22 May.
We are delighted to confirm that your account has since been brought up to date with payment and trust that we were able to clarify your concerns raised.
