Abused

I'm so disgusted with Truworths and MBD debt department calling everyday. I made an arrangement for 6tg of every month. The MBD consultant just asked me now too ask someone too help me pay my outstanding debt... The world is in a financial and pandemic crisis. I can't afford too Pay the full amount. but im paying what I can afford. I can't have a debit order set up... Why are we being so abused.
