Abuse of disabled customers

Truworths has been harassing my disabled brother on a daily basis since he made a short payment on his account at end of September 2025. Since he is disabled and cannot take the verbal abuse and harassment from the rude Truworths staff he requested that my number be the primary contact on his account. He gave verbal consent with a Truworths agent for me to accept calls and make arrangements on his behalf based on the sheer stress from the unprofessional team. Since this verbal arrangement, Truworths staff call me daily from 15 October and refuse to speak to me for any form of payment arrangements, or to provide the owing balance for me to settle it. It is an infringement of consumer rights to violate a customers privacy and speak to them in a respectful manner simply because they are in areas with their instalments. In addition, ALL the consultants are rude and refuse to give their names on the calls. Is this the type of pathetic and unprofessional service that Truworths provides to the disabled?
