Abuse from Truworths stores and MBD Debt collectors

I allegedly have an account with Truworths stores I have no knowledge of. Unfortunately whoever opened the account with my name failed to pay it and it was in arrears since 2017. That person stays in Kwamashu in DBN and i am based in Johannesburg. I have never stayed KwaMashu let alone have i ever worn clothes from Truworths. I took it upon myself to go to Truworths maponya to go check this mystery account which they couldny track. I gave them a copy of my ID and signature specimen plus an affidavid from the SAPS sating that i have never had an account with them. i further on emailed all the documents to MBD early in 2018 and they were quiet for some time and then suddenly again in 2019 they are back with the same story, however the amount is no longer + R7000 but its + R4000. I keep on asking them whether they have records and notes for these calls I have been receiving for the past 2 years and I never get a clear answer. I have heard enough of being abused by MBD and having to share my Date of birth with them every time they call me. I feel like i have been going in circles with this now and I am fed up!!!
