Absolutely disgusting

I bought a pair of white Puma sneakers online. I collected my sneakers at the store yesterday and to say I disappointed is an understatement. I asked the store to open my package so I could fit them before leaving the store, when we opened the box we were left speechless by the state of the sneaker. They were filthy, the one shoes inside was brown. It looked like it has been worn for months with being washed. I was shocked that a store could pack such a shoe to a customer. The shop a collected my sneakers from was just as shocked as i was as they had received my order from the courier company and never expected it to me in such a state. This was my second time using Truworths online and again my order is a disaster. Last time the store offer a simple apology for losing my order. I wasted my time driving to the store to collect my order and it is unacceptable. Who in their right mind could pack such a dirty shoes for an customer and expect the customer to pay for such or even wear. I took picture of the shoes as I couldn't believe what I was seeing
