Abathengi bakaTruworths ngamasela bonke/ We are all *******, the customers who buy at Truworths are all ******* says Khanyiswa the security guard

Today I went in at Truworths Hemingways East London and quickly changed my mind and as I was turning towards the door, the security guard Khanyiswa asked to search my Edgar's bag I came in with. Fine, I let her. She digged into this bag as though she left something of hers in it. Took her time and I got tired as she was pressing down into the bag my hand finally gave in and let go. She took the bag and put it down, at this moment I was starting to get irritated. She said she wanted to see the labels of my clothes in the bag. She turned each item inside out looking for the labels and was bothering to refold them.

I asked her, do u mean like these 2secs I walked in here I already took something and shoved it deep into this bag? She said, "kuyabiwa apha". So I say to her so u r saying I stole? With u looking at me turning around and coming out I already stole? She said the most offensive thing to me, "uyalazi isela?!" Meaning "do you know a *****? She continued, "sizolazi Njani isela?" I asked her, so you treat every customer like a *****? She insisted, "sizolazi Njani isela?" How will we know a *****.

This woman called me a ***** so many times but I kept my cool. Then the moment she herself said to me do u want to ask the manager? I was still asking her if they treat ever customer like a *****. Khanyiswa suggested herself to call me a manager. I took her up on it. It didn't even cross my mind but she wanted me to speak to the manager! I eventually accepted her offer that actually yes I will speak to the manager. She then gave my bad my items turned inside out upside down unfolded - in lumps in this bag. My once neatly folded items were in lumps!!! Sishwatywanisiwe ngu Khanyisa ongenambeko.

She gave my bag back and stood there, I looked at her asking her so are you gonna call me the manager? She said I can go get her myself.

I went on inside and asked for the manager. Yonelisa came I told her what had just happened, yonelisa said a very cold "I will speak to her" and just stood there and looked at me. I waited a bit, she repeated, "will talk to her" putting her hands in her pockets!

That's how disrespectful and with no regard for a person at Truworths Hemingways the workers are towards people. I was very disappointed with the managers response and body language! The security yena was just performing witchcraft in my bag because I cannot understand how one would would look at you going in and immediately coming out and act the way she did, and have the audacity to tell me about ******* and theft. I didn't have to hear that and she directed it straight at me calling me and everyone who shops at Truworths *******!
