A store with a manager

So I app**** for a Truworths account and it was approved and I was told I need to go in store to activate it. I went to the store on the 20th Dec and I was assisted, but I was told the is a block on my account, I need to come during working hours. However the manager and the consultant activated my account , they even printed the vouchers. The lady who authorized it just raised a concern about my ID but continued to help me. I made time and went to the store today. What happened today really shocked me. I came and spoke to some lady and she was there on Sunday. What a stinking attitude she had. My main aim was to activate the account but not to buy she asked me if I wanted to buy and I told her nop but I am with my nephew will check if he wants anything and he just took a golf shirt. Then drama started she was very condescending and she called a manager (Karabo) and the was also some lady, she was just loud and she was speaking over me saying she understands what is wrong. I was told that my ID is not in a good condition and also it is the first time they hear about a block on a new account. And she said maybe the block means "*****". After a long time Karabo said that she must call and find out if your head office will assist. I kept on telling them that I don't want to buy but to activate. The foolish consultant even put away my golf shirt. Maybe it meant I can't afford as well. I told her to give me the shirt and I will pay cash and she asked are you sure I said yes. She had to look for it and I paid cash. She then dropped the phone and said okay. Yoh, what a bad experience. Please invest in scanners and take them to training about *****. I doubt a ********* will come in person twice in store. When I asked why was I helped on Sunday she said I must not tell her about that manager as she is not working in their store!! Why did she not raise those stupid concerns lf hers on Sunday? How can I be a ********* when I work in the financial and legal sector? I can't jeopardize my job!!! Please invest in proper ***** detecting methods. I can't be abused and be accused in being a ********* by a foolish Consultant at Truworths Wonderboom Junction!! Allow me to say that this store has no management structure in place. I am really annoyed and I was calm throughout cause I was with my nephew I didn't want to lose my cool in from of him.
