A simple request for a list of transactions cannot be done and statement not available

I requested a detailed statement or list of transactions for the last 2 months. This is something very simple. I dealth with Tasneem via e-mail and she did not attend to my request on a professional level. First, she said that the statement is not yet available, after sending another email requesting a detailed list of transactions, she only rep**** that only 1 return was done on my account. It is not what I have asked. This morning I sent e-mail no. 3 asking for a detailed list of transactions as there were a number of clothing items that I bought for my son that did not fit - all returned during the month of September and no record seems to show.
