A paid up account gets a letter from an attorney

I have an outstanding balance of R184 and after paying the full amount on 16 May 2024, I get an attorney letter today. And then I want to mention I was an excellent customer of Truworths, but this is how you treat me!!!!! Please get your facts straight and also check your financial statements daily.
