A bad behavior that compromises consumers driven by Truworths

Credit bureau information is then updated with a piece of misleading information, i.e. stating that the account is up to date but credit utilisation is significantly higher.

A credit utilisation higher than 50% reflects negatively on credit bureaus, so if Truworths allows consumers to buy for more than what they can afford, this is not only compromising consumers but also promotes ********* behaviour by Truworths.

This practice must stop.
