I have an Truworths account. For the last 2 months they ***** my credit on my account. I can't prove that I have bought something, because I will have credit available on my online account and when I wanted to make a online purchase my account is credit is gone and in the minus. SO WHERE DID MY CREDIT WENT THAT I STILL HAD AVAILABLE. I didn't buy anything but my credit has been ****** and I can make an online purchase. I have to pay that credit that I didn't use to make a purchase. So Truworths is *****ing from me. I called customer service. They don't even understand what I meant and they can't help me. But when it is month end I have to pay my installment and that includes the credit that has been deducted form my account. This is *****
