Truworths-Randburg(Sanlam Centre) Lack of follow up and poor service delivery,I had paid off my account on the first of April and was phoned a week later to be told I have not paid,I presented tangible proof to show I have paid off my account and everytime I were to speak to the manager,she would avoid dwelling into the matter,I have taken the matter to the head office and nothing seems to be done up until this day,it has been six months since I have asked for a refund due to their incompetance.
