On the 29th March I settled a debt I had with Truworths and a paid up letter was issued to me as account paid in full, Months later on my ITC record it shows that I have unpaid amount and in arrears. I called to Truworths and was advised to call consumer friendly which I did. They advised this is an error and will try to have it sorted out in 5days. It is now 10 day after and still the matter in is not handled. 7 months later my ITC shows I have a R410 outstanding balance still. This has affected my credit record negatively and I am struggling to do anything. The consultant Ra***a from their legal department keeps lying and saying she called me and my phone went to voicemail.
