I bought a daniel klein watch in match ,2 weeks later took it back because the bands to trap the strips were loose so they adjusted the bands however now that they have adjusted these the bands are now tight ,the strip cant pass through and now its now pulling the bands and damaging the strips. Took the watch backto southgate they told me tht the warranty does not cover the belt however it reads\ unless its factory fault "so in these case . I was advised tht they are going to send my watch as is because of the waranty. I will be unhappy if these will happen because im paying R600.00 plus intrest for 12 months for product im not using. Since i bought this watch its with truwoths and im paying "
