5 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY

I placed an order on the 30th of November o***, items were delivered in drips and drabs. One package was delivered to someone else, the lady was kind enough to notify me. I still have one parcel outstanding, I phoned several times during December and was promised to receive feedback asap. I visited one of the stores yesterday, they were not able to assist. I called again this morning , spoke to a gentlemen named Mickyle. He advised he would get back to me urgently. Does it take 4 weeks to enquire with the courier regarding delivery? Pathethic indeed, I have asked for a credit on this item to no avail. The item shows still in progress, for all I know this is probably sitting with someone else and even when the order online is complete it still shows in progress. This item costs R340, I paid extra on my account so the next installment I will pay less R340 until I am credited. 5 weeks for delivery is unacceptable
