5+ Months and no Delivery of account card

Pathetic Service Delivery

I've opened my account with Truworths sometime in September / October. Till date i have not received my truworths account card, I've to do all purchases with my ID or statement which by the way fades as time goes by!

I've made numerous calls to the call centre and inquired as to when delivery will be made only to be told it's on it's way it should take 4 to 6 weeks. It's now 5+ months.

I'm now in the process of cancelling my account with such a pathetic Service delivery provider
