5-10 working days to get a paid up letter
My PRESCRIBED account was handed over/sold by Truworths to Burco and Associates. I paid it up on Monday and informed Burco and Associates, I am now being told that it is going to take 5-10 working days for the payment to be allocated, really? 10 working days? That does not sound right at all to me, it takes 24 hours max for an inter-bank payment to reflect, 10 days is honestly just ridiculous! I cannot wait for 10 working days, that's half a month.... I need to get my name cleared on Transunion ASAP.
