Very bad situation, I bought online shopping on 26th March 2025.i bought two sneakers on credit card but fortunately one pair there was no size. To my surprise I have to wait 2 to 10days to get my refund. I called online department Dieco told me is their procedure. I'm very disappointed about your service cause if I'm the one who delayed to fech my parcel at the store, you don't even bother to hear my story. To take it back. So is not fair to us to wait for you. Please change your service or you are going to loose more clients.
