I put in an order of about 30 items. Most of it was ordered twice is size small and xs. When I returned the items that didn't fit there were three people doing the returns at once. I couldn't keep up with them doing it all at the same time and got a stack of slips that she said I must sign.so I did. When I got home I could properly double check that the returns were correct. So I saw there were two coats that was not credited. I then had to return the next day to sort it out. The manager took all my slips and tried sorting it out. Few days later I got a phone call saying she found the grey coat that she promised was credited but not the other black one. So she doesn't know what to do. I must phone the online to sort it out. Dont know why i must do peoples jobs or them as the client. This is the second time money is being ****** from me in this manner. I already know they are going to be sending me back and forth between the branch and online. Resolve thus please. Tygervalley branch
