It was early January 2007, I had an account with truworth and what happen I went to Ga-Rankuwa brach because it was on Saturday to pay a visit to my brother at mothutlhung brits so, I then decided to pay truworth account, there was a long que that day and other young lady, I still remember that she was pragnet, then she asked me if she can help me and I said I want to pay my account, then I give her my card and she asked me again how much do you want to pay and I said I want to pay off the total and it was R1065. 00 and she deal her computer then she for cash I the said I want to swipe the she took my card and put in the swiping machine then R1065 was withdrawed in my account the N the system asked her to clear my credit with the password then she was suppose to ask for the seniours password not her password to do the prossing with their system then the computer went off, when it switch on the computer didn't want to open so she moved to another computer and start to do my transaction again, she then said I must paid again because the system wasn't showing anything, then I asked this person what about the money that was taken in my account and I show her the notice on my sms, she said the money will reversed so, I then wait until Monday morning I went to the same branch with the bank statement and before I go to truworth I checked with the consultant if the was money reversed in my account then there was nothing reversed so, I went back to truworth to asked the to give my money back then they denied me, the I got crossed never want to see truworths or answer their calls because they were so rude to me and that is why to day am a bad payer and they put my name on the credit bereuw. Please I need your help what must I do.
