3 whole years to receive a store card????
Ever since I app**** for an account at Truworths, I've never received a card from them. I opened the account around October 2015, at Cresta mall and was told my card would be delivered at the store. 3 April 2016 I mailed customer services and asked when will I be receiving my card, they told me "a new card has been issued and will be posted within the next 4-6 weeks". It's 2018 and I still don't have a card. 19 July 2018 I emailed them again and I got the same "new card issued 4-6 weeks" story. What is the problem with issuing new cards? Should I not receive this card in the next 2 weeks, I will be closing my account and opening another account with people who actually care about their customers and providing them with good service.

Upon investigation we established that three charge cards were issued to you since the date of opening your account.
We are unable to establish why the cards did not reach you, as we currently have the correct address listed and have not received returned mail for your account. For this reason, the previously issued cards were blocked on our system, and a replacement card was requested for you on 30 October 2018. We can verify that this has been communicated to you telephonically as well.
Your patronage is important to us and we thank you for informing us regarding this matter as it gives us an opportunity to address service issues which may arise. We further would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regard.
