3 month delay in receiving my store card

I have app**** for a new store card on my account, 3 months ago at Truworths MAN at Liberty Midlands Mall, as my card was ****** with my bag when our home was burgled into, early this year. I have sent an email to Truworths querying the delay and they replay with please inbox your ID number and postal address. Please can I have my new card soonest.
